Aiken Co, SC – Injuries Reported in Major Collision on I-20

Aiken County, SC (December 30, 2024) – A serious traffic accident on I-20 in Aiken County prompted responses from multiple agencies, including the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), and the South Carolina Highway Patrol on December 30.  The collision involved multiple vehicles.
