Atlanta, GA – Injuries in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20 at Hill St Exit

Atlanta, GA (April 27, 2025) – Several people sustained injuries following a multi-vehicle collision on April 27 along westbound Interstate 20 near the Hill Street exit (Exit 58) in Fulton County. Georgia State Patrol officers responded to the crash shortly after it occurred, finding multiple vehicles with extensive damage across several lanes. Preliminary reports indicate that the collision involved several cars, with one vehicle reportedly losing control before triggering a chain reaction crash. Emergency medical teams assessed victims on-site, providing first aid to those with injuries. Several individuals were transported to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation and treatment.
