Atlanta, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20/I-285 Causes Injuries

Atlanta, GA (November 11, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 20 East heading into Atlanta caused injuries during rush hour on Tuesday, November 11. The accident occurred between Fulton Industrial Boulevard and Fairburn Road shortly before 8:00 a.m., according to reports from the Georgia State Patrol. Several vehicles were involved in the crash, leading to significant congestion extending toward Thornton Road.

Emergency crews and medical personnel quickly arrived at the scene to assist the injured. Two individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were evaluated by paramedics. Authorities temporarily closed portions of the roadway to clear the wreckage and investigate the cause of the crash.
