Cleburne Co., AL – Bus Involved in Two-Vehicle Crash on I-20 Leaves Injuries

Cleburne County, AL (April 13, 2025) – Multiple injuries were reported following a serious two-vehicle collision involving a passenger bus on the evening of Sunday, April 13, along Interstate 20 in eastern Alabama. According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), the crash took place just before 5 p.m. near mile marker 196 in Cleburne County. Early reports indicate that one of the vehicles involved was a bus, though it remains unclear how many passengers were onboard at the time of the incident.

Emergency response teams from ALEA and local Cleburne County fire and rescue services arrived quickly at the scene to assess and assist the injured. Several individuals sustained injuries and were evaluated at the scene before transportation to nearby medical facilities for further care.
