Dallas, TX – I-20 Crash near Houston School Rd Ends in Injuries

Dallas, TX (March 19, 2023) – At 4:54 p.m. on March 18, the Texas Department of Transportation notified officials that an automobile accident occurred in the Dallas area.

According to officials, a vehicle crash blocked the eastbound side of Interstate 20. The accident occupied the two center lanes of travel near Houston School Road. Authorities arrived at the scene and shut down a portion of the roadway, causing delays in traffic that extended back to Polk Street.

At least one person suffered injuries in the crash and had to be transported to a local hospital for further medical care.

The incident remains under investigation.
