Dallas, TX – Motorcyclist Critically Injured in I-20 Crash Near Mountain Creek Pkwy Exit

Dallas County, TX (June 21, 2023) – A serious accident involving a motorcycle on Interstate 20 caused serious injuries and the closure of westbound lanes earlier this morning, as confirmed by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO).

According to officials, the incident occurred at around 5:57 a.m. on the westbound lanes of I-20, situated just east of the Mountain Creek Parkway exit between Duncanville and Grand Prairie.

The DCSO reported that a motorcycle was involved in the crash, and the rider was found lying in the roadway. Emergency responders quickly transported the injured rider to the hospital, where they remain in critical condition.

In an effort to piece together the events leading up to the accident, the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office Vehicle Crimes Unit is appealing to the public for assistance.
