DeKalb Co., GA – Injuries Reported in I-20 WB Ramp Crash at Gresham Rd.

DeKalb County, GA (April 19, 2025) – A traffic accident resulting in injuries occurred on Saturday, April 19, on the westbound ramp of Interstate 20 at Gresham Road (Exit 63) in DeKalb County, prompting an emergency response. The crash was reported in the afternoon hours and involved multiple vehicles traveling on the ramp leading from Gresham Road onto westbound I-20. According to preliminary reports, the vehicles collided under unclear circumstances, leaving at least one person injured at the scene.

Georgia State Patrol officers responded promptly alongside local DeKalb County authorities to secure the area and attend to the injured.
