Irondale, AL – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20 WB/Montevallo Rd Exit 132B

Irondale, AL (December 3, 2025) – A traffic collision on I-20 westbound near the Montevallo Road/Exit 132B interchange left at least one person injured on Wednesday, December 3, according to reports from ALDOT (ALGO). The number of vehicles involved has not yet been officially confirmed, but early information indicates that at least two vehicles collided, leaving one occupant injured and requiring medical attention.

Local police and emergency medical crews assisted those involved, evaluating injuries and ensuring drivers were safely moved from active travel lanes.
