Jackson, MS – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20 E at MS-18

Jackson, MS (June 1, 2024) – On May 30, a multi-vehicle crash occurred on I-20 Eastbound at the MS-18 Westbound/Robinson Road Exit 40 in Hinds County. The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) reported that all lanes were blocked due to the accident and emergency response vehicles. The collision resulted in injuries to several individuals, who received immediate medical attention from first responders on the scene. The injured parties were subsequently transported to local hospitals for further evaluation and treatment. Authorities worked to clear the site and investigate the incident. The Mississippi State Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
