Lindale, TX – Multiple-Vehicle Crash on I-20 Ends in Injuries

Lindale, TX (July 29, 2024) – On the afternoon of July 28, a multiple-vehicle collision occurred on I-20 as it approached Lindale, Texas. The crash, reported around 3:30 p.m., involved several vehicles and resulted in injuries. The Lindale Police Department, alongside the Lindale Fire Department, the Department of Public Safety (DPS), and UT Health EMS, promptly responded to the scene. DPS troopers confirmed that, fortunately, there were no fatalities reported in the incident. Emergency responders provided immediate medical care to the injured before they were transported to local hospitals for further evaluation and treatment. Crews worked to clear the wreckage and reopened the roadway. An investigation is underway to determine the circumstances leading to the crash.
