Lithia Springs, GA – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20 WB/Riverside Pkwy

Lithia Springs, GA (April 15, 2025) – One person was injured following a multi-vehicle crash on the westbound lanes of Interstate 20 just past Riverside Parkway (Exit 46) on the afternoon of April 15, according to the Georgia State Patrol. Douglas County Fire and EMS responders arrived promptly at the scene to assess and assist the injured. One person was treated for injuries sustained in the crash and transported to a nearby hospital for further medical evaluation. The nature of the injuries has not been disclosed, but is believed to be non-life-threatening. Authorities worked to clear the scene as tow trucks were called in to remove the damaged vehicles. An investigation by the Georgia State Patrol is underway to determine the cause of the collision.
