Fulton, GA – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20 WB Near Hill St.

Fulton, GA (June 22, 2025) – A multi-vehicle accident with reported injuries occurred during the early hours of Saturday, June 22, along the westbound lanes of Interstate 20 near the Hill Street exit in Fulton County. The crash, which happened shortly before dawn, involved several vehicles. Atlanta Police and Georgia State Patrol responded quickly to the scene. Paramedics arrived shortly after to assess the injured parties. According to initial reports, multiple individuals suffered non-life-threatening injuries. At least two people were transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation and treatment. Others were treated at the scene by emergency medical personnel.
