Lakeview, AL – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20/59 WB/Exit 97

Lakeview, AL (November 2, 2025) – Several people were injured following a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 20/59 westbound near Exit 97 at US-11/AL-5 in Lakeview on Sunday, November 2. According to initial reports, the crash occurred around milepost 97.23, prompting a swift response from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency and local emergency crews.

Multiple vehicles were involved in the collision, causing heavy traffic delays as first responders worked to assist the injured and clear the roadway.
