DeKalb Co., GA – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20 E/Wesley Chapel Rd.

DeKalb County, GA (September 8, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 20 eastbound at Wesley Chapel Road (Exit 68) left several people injured on Monday, September 8, according to the Georgia State Patrol. The accident happened during the evening commute, causing heavy traffic backups throughout the area. Several vehicles were involved in the collision, blocking multiple lanes as troopers and local firefighters responded.
