Richland, SC – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20 EB/Alpine Rd Causes Injuries

Richland, SC (November 26, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision on I-20 eastbound after Alpine Road (Exit 76B) left at least one person injured on Wednesday, November 26. The South Carolina Department of Transportation first reported the crash shortly before midday. South Carolina Highway Patrol troopers arrived soon after the crash was reported and located multiple damaged vehicles along the shoulder and in the active lanes.

First responders assessed the injured at the scene, and at least one individual required additional medical evaluation. It remains unclear whether the victim was transported to a nearby medical facility, but officials confirmed that the injuries were not believed to be life-threatening. Crews worked methodically to remove the damaged vehicles and clear debris from the roadway.
