Tuscaloosa, AL – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20/59 Leaves Several Injured

Tuscaloosa, AL (August 25, 2025) – Several people were injured on Monday, August 25, following a multi-vehicle crash along the eastbound lanes of Interstate 20/59 near mile marker 70.12, just before Exit 71A at AL-69. According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, the collision happened in the late afternoon, and emergency crews responded to the scene. Multiple vehicles were involved, and at least two people sustained injuries during the crash.

Paramedics evaluated several individuals roadside before transporting them to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Tow trucks were called in to remove damaged vehicles from the roadway.
